Bay Area Housing, Inc. awarded grant for Counseling Services!
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded Bay Area Housing a grant to provide financial counseling to even more families in the Bay Area.  This will fund many programs, including financial management, rental housing, homebuyer, homeowner, and foreclosure counseling!  Call (989) 686-6800 for more details.

Pinconning Home for sale!
We are in the process of renovating a home in the City of Pinconning that will be available for purchase soon!  The home is  located at 219 Rhodes Street.  This home will be available with up to $30,000 in down payment assistance.  Please call us for more information.

Essexville Home for Sale!
Bay Area Housing, Inc. has a home located at 1908 James Street in Essexville available for sale.  Work is underway, and will be available for purchase with down payment assistance.  20% of the purchase price will be forgiven over 10 years!!!  Call to find out more information!

Bay Area Housing, Inc. receives MAP award
Bay Area Housing, Inc. was awarded "Most Outstanding Plan of 2008" for its Neighborhood Preservation Project 5-year plan. The award was presented at the Michigan Association of Planners annual meeting on October 2, 2008.

Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser
Bay Area Housing's first Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 11th at Bay Valley Resort and Conference Center.  Click here to contact us about sponsorship and donation opportunities!
